Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise noted and only ship to the address on your order. Please make sure your information is correct during checkout.

If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

If you do not find your country in the list of countries to which we send the goods, contact us and we will add the country.

Ready to ship items are shipped within 1 - 5 business days.

Pre-orders ship within 4 - 6 weeks. We do our best to get them out sooner when possible.

We ship the order as soon as the last item is in stock. We do not split orders with different delivery dates.

You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

We are not responsible for any customs/brokerage fees you may have to pay to release your item from the shipping service. We have zero control over these fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable should the package be refused for any reason.

Shipping changes for customers in the USA 
Customers who buy yarn over $100 (€85) will now pay a tax of at least 15% of the value of the yarn and will have to pay it before delivery. The customer will receive a notice to pay the tax by email. The deadline for payment is 5 calendar days. If not paid, the goods will be returned. If you wish to resend the goods you must pay the postage again. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be refunded the value excluding shipping costs. Valid from 29 August 2025 from Ireland.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages.
