Customs Fees for packages to the USA

Thank you to all the customers who decided to purchase our luxurious hand-dyed yarn.
All packages to the USA are subject to customs duties. When making a purchase, customers are required to provide their email address, to which they will later receive information regarding the payment of customs duties. These fees are collected by www.anpost.com. Please watch out for scam emails, if you are unsure, do not hesitate to contact me.

Customers who buy yarn over $100 (€85) will now pay a tax of at least 15% of the value of the yarn and will have to pay it before delivery. 

The customer will receive a notice to pay the tax by email. 

The deadline for payment is 5 calendar days. 

If not paid, the goods will be returned. 

If you wish to resend the goods you must pay the postage again.

If you wish to cancel your order, you will be refunded the value excluding shipping costs.
